Scunge is defined by the www.urbandictionary.com as:"Slime or dirt that is both unidentifiable and nasty, and possibly likely to give birth to sentient life in the future."
and by http://oxforddictionaries.com as:
"A disagreeable person. A person who is mean with money; a scrounger."
But I always thought of SCUNGE as a kind of plasticine gloop that a certain bug-eyed blue creature called Berk would have to wade around in to satisfy "The Thing Upstairs".
